The Bahá'í Summer School at Ampleforth College
Ampleforth Summer School with full
Youth , Junior Youth and Children's activities.
Ampleforth College (20 miles north of York) is the premier Catholic Boarding School in the UK.
It has excellent facilities and a prayerful atmosphere. Ampleforth's life centres on a living Benedictine monastic Community. The monks settled on the southern edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park in 1802. They stand in a tradition of Christian faith, ancient and ever renewed.
The beautiful setting of Ampleforth Abbey and College in north Yorkshire is an
ideal setting for a Summer School.
Throughout the School there will be a wide variety of activities, including sports & leisure, school trips and plenty of relaxation. There will be a bookshop, coffee lounge and even a 'spiritual créche'. Book early so not to be disappointed!

The college is situated about 13 miles East of Thirsk and 20 miles North of York not far from the A1.
There are good rail services to York from London, Edinburgh and Liverpool.
